Customer Service / Sales Associate position
Work to include:
Learning about new product in order to be able to answer questions from customers on different models of garage doors, operators.
Learn to quote correctly doors for customers.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Help to resolve customer problems.
Process quotes, order and invoices through Business Central application.
Be familiar with Microsoft Outlook and be able to communicate politely with proper grammar and spelling.
Schedule production with the warehouse and be able to communicate effectively with others.

Prepare orders for pick up by customers per scheduling.
Receive and restock new product, garage door sections, hardware. operators.
Inventory control, weekly counts made to maintain correct inventory.
Must be able to lift heavy items, work with hands, be safe, be able to unload trucks that come a few times each month.
